CC274 Fret buzz

Great condition except for fret buzz on the 14th fret on the E. I assume it needs truss rod adjustment? Correct? Is this an easy process? This is my first Ovation and I noticed the truss rod is on the inside of the bowl. What size allen wrench do I need? Which way should I turn? Thanks!
