Location: North Carolina | Thanks for the link, ab. I was looking for something about the bowl a few days ago and couldn't find it. Al says the overall volume of the bowl will be in between a mid and deep, but they didn't mention it in the press release. I wonder how its going to sound compared to a current deep. Guess we'll have to wait and see!

Location: SoCal | I wish they'd show pics of the bowl from different angles. But we'll see it at the NAMM show and take pics.
The mid depth bowl sounds pretty damned good now. If this thing has even more depth, then it will be very impressive.
My guess is that after I get over paying for an OFC guitar, I'm going to have to get a guitar with the new bowl -- stock or custom built, I don't know. |
