Breadwinner / AD-II CL pickup question

They discribe low output as a single coil pick-up. Are the first generation pickups in my Breadwinner concidered hi-output? How about my AD-II with the OP-Pro? Thanks. If it refers to impedance then both guitars have high-impedance outputs. Basicly the manual says try one way and if that don't work try another. I'll keep playing around with it.
