I would like to record guitar and voice onto a cd. I purchased a Boss BR8 a couple of years ago and had a great time with it but when trying to get it on a CD, it seemed like I needed to be a computer wizard. Is there a system or recorder that is easy and meant just for the guitar player singer to make CDs. Thanks,
Steve

I bought a Korg Pandora recorder/mixer a couple weeks ago. Very, very complicated to use but they pack alot of magic in that little box.

I have a Zoom MRS802CD. It is an 8 track with an extra 2 tracks for mixdown and a stereo drum machine built in. It also has 10 virtual tracks for each track. Very easy to use. The ones without the CD were going for under $500. You can then buy a cheap lite-on CD and save some money over the one with the CD built in like mine. To burn a CD from it is as simple as selectings your songs and burning.

Also, there are other models out there that have built in support for USB so you can move your song to your computer and burn from there.

All depends on what you want to spend and what you need.
