V Bracing

Bluebird Posted 2004-11-20 9:21 PM (#172498) Subject: V Bracing Joined: May 2002 Posts: 1445 Location: Nova Scotia, Canada I have read the different comments of members that don't like the V-8 bracing in the '70's Ovation's very much, citing poor tone and top cracking. Are these observations about V-8 braced guitars in particular, or does this include the entire "V" lineup in general?
