Location: Denver, Colorado | Good Evening,
I am hoping you can help me. I have had an old Ovation Head and Powered Column Unit in my position for many years now. The Head is marked with “Solid State” and “Duel Action” and the column has the numbers 6151 on the Cabinet. The Amp has served me well for many years but sadly it is in need of TLC. Can you direct me in any direction to locate information on both the amp and the head so that I can locate repair parts and schematics.
Thank you for your time
Mike |

Location: San Bernardino, California | There appears to be two types of DAS.
type one uses these subassemblies:
K-6111-A = 4 10" Audient speakers & 1 K-6100 Amp
K-7111-A = 4 10" Audient Speakers
K-9610-0 = Preamp stand
type two uses these sub assemblies:
and looks like this:
the preamp is built using a number of plug-in cards, so it's possible that all you need to do is clean the contacts on the cards and card-sockets.

Thanks |
