Location: Indiana | I just recieved #46 via Fedex/eBay. It also is Ovation #5 for me (not including the 2 I no longer have). It's a Collectors Ed. 1985 and it is real beauty.
The reason I wanted to post about this guitar is that the way I got it gave me a good feeling that there is still a lotta good people out there. You see, I won the guitar ("buy it now") on eBay. Sent the money, Paypal, right away. However the seller accidently shipped it to the wrong address. I believe he got 2 sales mixed up. Instead of being shipped from Oklahoma (I think) to Indiana, it was shipped to Florida. The person who it was shipped to was honest(and kind) enough to ship it straight to me from Florida. It's good to know there are people out there like that.

What a great story. Was your guitar full of water?
Buy the way, how do you like your Country Artist? |

Location: Indiana | The guitar arrived in great shape. I like the CA quite a bit. The narrower neck is good for me (don't have big hands).I like the 14 frets, also. Only problem with it is getting it "playing time". I mainly play bass and I have lots of nice basses that don't get played much either.

Bill, that "is" a wonderful feeling to have our deepest hopes in people reinforced... I'd like to think most people would do that, but that might just be wishful thinking on my part...
