That's pretty ugly! Sorry Jerry but it's true!
I never have had any ot the glass Nationals. I stick with the 20's and 30's acoustics, mostly metal but I did just get a nice wooden 1928 Triolian that sounds great.

I squirmed when I saw that bolt on neck.
I remember all the japan epi's from the 60's/70's that had those and would fold up in a few years. I don't know how many of those I had and parted out. I remember going to the philly folk festival (a total disaster for a number of reasons) and I took one of those epi's with me to play. after 4 days in the damp the action started to go south, I sold it the next week.
