Thanks for telling me. Actually it's a tenor guitar, the long neck version. I've got a place on the wall for that.....

I have a tenor (short neck) in a style 1. I also have a style 3 that has been converted to a six string. I also have a tenor style O that is guitar shaped from the late 30's. These tricones are great to convert to 6 strings. We'll wait to see if I get it.

you can never have enough. this s/n looks a little funny though, they used more block letters I thought. Have to look into this.

This one should wind up going for around 2000-2500, maybe more since it's a style 3.

I think my friend, Bill, bought a National steel body square neck for around $20 in the early '50s. We all thought he was cheated because you couldn't play the damn thing without a steel and we were into Hank Snow and Hank Williams and all their steels were electric, that's how I ended up with a Silvertone lap steel instead of that metal piece of junk that would probably sell for two or three thousand today. IF I had one and IF I would ever part with it if I did.

Fads are fleeting things, that prove "what goes around, comes around"
