Probably among the last of these produced. non-standard finish & dot-neck

Looks to be in good shape, too bad about that color thing though.
My guess is some poor schmuck sent it back to the factory at some point for some work & Kim Keller got 'hold of with that barrel of green latex he has. That one must have been done quite a while back, when they was still polishing the green stuff. From what he told me in an email the other day they're no longer into that whole 'shine' thing, now 'flat green latex' is *in*.

He'll have my 2002 Collectors in a few days for some super-duper custom setup work & to fix my sticky OP40 so it will prop out poperly, err pop out properly.
I was tired of the whole 'Shiney African Cherry' thing anyway...

I've seen a Breadwinner Limited with the same finish, so maybe the factory was trying to get rid of the 'green goblin' paint.

Also, it looks like it has chrome hardware.

actually it is the Sear's green goblin latex, applied with a roller ;)

as it later chips (applied over old finish,) it gives each guitar a "unique" look.

actually this is a grey metallic. If it's grean it's because the clear coat has turned.

For some reason, I thought the subject was referring to 'ukes'

Weird.

Well to me it looks like a breadwinner neck stuck on a UKII as the neck plate on back is all wrong. As original UKII's plate is smaller and embedded, fitted, flush into the back.
