What is Nato? I see this wood on less expensive guitars, including the Tangents.
Never heard of a Nato Tree.
I wonder if it grows in the forest with the laminate trees? |

Characteristics include softening when put under the slightest pressure, shrinking in girth when under fire. Can be molded into any position, but again, gets soft when under pressure. :D |

Durable Woods

.Guitar Woods
Plentiful and useful but not nearly as good as several other mahogonys. It is the backbone of Celebrity and Applause guitars |

Yet, sounds something like what would come from France.
Yet, I come direct from the Capets. Must have been the lineage of William the Conqueror that gave me a backbone. |

Nato or Nyatoh is an Asian hardwood similar in appearance to Mahogany, but generally considered inferior to mahogany in other respects. Used extensively as a neck material in Asian guitar factories, but is also used for piano rims and in the furniture industry. |

What, you are afraid of the Warrior Princess? I'm shocked!!!
Oh, you meant xenophobia. Although why anyone would have an irrational fear of xenon is beyond me.
(ok, I need to get back to work)

I much prefer Xena the Warrior Princess! They did jump the shark with that male sidekick guy though. |

Yeah, but I spell it 'zxenophoqbia'. The q is silent but score some huge bonus points when it's on a triple-word score spot. |
