Location: Houston, Texas | Last night on KUHT/ch 8 in Houston, they played the Roy Orbison/A Black and White Night special. This was a concert recorded in 1988 and had such artists in his band such as Bruce Springsteen, James Burton, Bonnie Rait, Jackson Brown, Elvis Costello, Tom Waits, etc.
If you missed it and like Roy Orbison, buy the DVD. Well worth the price. |

Yeah, that album she put out got quite a bit of media attention and airplay. I just can't get past her marrying Michael Jackson.
Not to mention that she looks so much like her father that its rather unnerving. |

I've always liked Soundstage as it brings out the best of artists we might never think are worth listening to. Some of those I'll definitely tape, I won't say which ones and start an argument. At my age I've seen all of them come and go.

I agree! I love Soundstage... good shows in a nice small venue... rather like Austin City Limits!
I noticed that the Fleetwood Mac show doesn't list Christine McVie.... whahoppened? :confused: |
