Location: Las Cruces, NM | I've got to say this as I've been glued to my TV set watching a war from a front row seat, making history in our time. The generation that was supposed to be ruined by the music, mores and tempos of our times, has turned out to be the most dedicated of our times. They fight and die for what the sophisticated among us call "silly ideas". I have not seen a single one of them saying that freedom isn't worth fighting for or that the Iraqi's should not have some of it. These kids have rebelled against our equivocal idiots who think that a despot is equal to the people who founded our country, and who say that dictatorship is better than some anarchy on the streets. When we learn that one of our networks (CNN) became a purveyer of propaganda for a vicious dictator for "access" our feelings of balance are hurt. I am SO impressed by our generation of kids and say whatever they are listening to must be OK.

I'm not sure what gen they are, but they sure are great. If there are any Americans who aren't proud of them, then I would suggest they go to church and examine their soul for (as a quality control person) great defects in their relation to the real world. Please look at what the humanitarian leader of the western world, Castro, just did. He killed three people who wanted freedom and jailed for life the 100 Cuban patriots fingered by the Peace winner Carter. |
