Hi
Am I embarassed - after almost 15 years of enthusiastically telling people about Ovation guitars and why they were superior,and showing off mine whenever I could ,I somehow never knew that the serial was on the back of the headstock.

(Well, actually, it isn't obvious unless you look closely on my guitars, but it shows, once again, that I am not as smart as I thought...)

Thanks for the responses. It is nice to post on a web site that doesnt flame people for making mistakes...
