I have a 1982-8 Collectors Edition Serial number 1101. The saddle is warped to a point that it needs to be repaired. I need to send it in for warranty service, or have someone repair it. I am afraid that they will replace it. As it is a The first collectors edition guitar produced, I was looking for comments on what Ovation lovers think I should do.
Also, does anyone have comments on warrenty work they may have had done in the past?

Thanks for your comments.

Ovation does good work. Send it the the factory and get it fixed. If the saddle is warped, it needs to be fixed.

Without a doubt, send it to the factory.

I have had a long standing relationship with Ovation and their service department. They will do the job right. I have seen Gene and Kevin work some miracles.

Thanks guys. After three postive replys, I will send it back. I post a tune for you when I get it back.
