Hi
I am new to the club, just found it yesterday. Like so many I have been playing my pawn shop ovation since sometime in the 70's with no clue of what model it was. Now I am interested in just what it is, when it was made, and maybe how much its worth. In the codes it looks like an 1117-1 is a Glen Campbell Artist, Sunburst, made between Nov. 67 and July 68. Is this correct? Thanks

From the model number, it's a Legend. You'll have to post the seriel number (located inside up by the neck) to determine when it was made.

The Glen Campbell model was 1127, with the 2 indicating a shallow bowl.

Do a search thru the archives and learn about your guitar.

Thanks for the info. I never looked far enough before now I know the serial # 106761. Guide me to the archives.

Just click on that word "reference" to the left of your screen. If you don't see a green panel with yellow text to the left of your screen, enter the board by typing the address in your explorer (http://www.ovationfanclub.com).
