Is it a prototype CA? There's one on the bay right now. 12-fret slot-head, square bridge, but most certainly labeled 1123-4 (with an F-series serial number).

Location: Slightly northwest of Trader Jim		I think the "F" prefix was used in the serial # between 1968 & 70
