I was wondering if you guys could recommend any good guitar / music books, something to take your mind off the troubles of the day ...

I've read the Ovation History Book, Deniers Guitar books, Erlwine's Repair Guides ...

So I guess I'm looking for something with some history in it, talks about music and guitar, maybe other gear ...

Any recommendations much appreciated.
Thanks

"Clapton's Guitar: Watching Wayne Henderson Build The Perfect Guitar" was a good read (Allen St. John)

There's gonna be A LOT of sad people once these are gone and they missed out. It's a heck of a read even for non-Tak owners and well worth having.

"Zen Guitar" by Philip Tishio Sudo. Very cool. Nothing technical, more the "philosophy" of the instrument, playing, and being in the musical moment. Full of nice quotes from the greats.
