Location: Phoenix AZ | For USED instruments, online auctions are great. I recently made my first purchase from IE and it actually went quite well. They take PayPal, which is a requirement for me. 3 day return policy. I was quite satisfied. Dave |

It is the exception that I receive something that does not have undisclosed wear and tear or outright damage. Their policy is that if you return it, you eat the shipping cost.
FYI, for those who don't know who they are, they are an outlet for Guitar Center which also owns Musician's Friend. Sometimes bargains can be found, but usually their reserves are higher than eBay prices. |

Location: East Wenatchee, WA | I bought my W597 through IE and it really was nice having the period of time to inspect the instrument. In my case, it was not as advertised, so I made an offer and it was accepted. Got a good deal on a great guitar, and was able to pass that deal on to another person... at least before the Post Office got done with it. |
