| Hi to all, some of you may remember my earlier postings about the magnum 2 I got off ebay, broken electrics, no neck pickup, ect ect, to cut a long story short, repaired everything, fitted a qphonic pickup in place of the missing original, then had a pro setup and fret dress ect by Sheenans in Leicster.
been playing her solid ever since, gigging, what a bass, the sounds are amazing, the looks from people write a book on the comments alone,!!!!!
anyways, I found a nearly as new neck pickup from a man selling some other mag parts on the ebay, lo and behold, its with me now waiting to be fitted, I spent hours making the qphonic fit, and never thought id find a real one, Ha, there we are then,
thats the power of the internet. does anyone have a photo or diagram of the pickup was mounted to the frame,?????, I have the three screws and springs, is it mounted the same as the bridge one,
as IM not sure, any help would be gratefully received, thanks in advance, Mark,
all I need now is to find an case for her, anybody got one !!!!!!!!to sell of course, thanks again, |
