...though I definitely heard an Adamas playing in there somewhere.
Did they even have wireless back in the 70's? |

WHERE ARE THE ORIGINAL SLOTHEAD ADAMAS'S AND/ OR CAN THEY ALL BE ACCOUTED FOR? Just courious!

First time I ever saw one used was at a CS&N show at MadSqGarden in '77. Stephen Stills did a couple laps around the stage while playing a solo on an old Gibby Firebird.
. . . I doubt if he could do THAT anymore . . . |

Right around the one minute mark, the camera does a transition from a close-up to a rear view. Just as the transition completes, you can see a wire move at just about knee/calf level. |

Ahh...got it. Good eyes, Clifford. You certainly could have a career as a Peeping Tom. |

In the show he uses that slothead on a number of tunes until he breaks a string and has to give it the flick.
Love that lighter slothead blue. |

One of the best live shows I've ever seen! ('course, maybe I just haven't seen enough shows..... ) But I'd sure love to be able to hold an audience in the palm of my hand like him. |

Location: Phoenix AZ | I have a real difficult time with the name Neil Diamond. I swear this is 100% true. I was in 7th grade and it was the first year we had to shower after gym class. There was this really tall kid named Neil Diamond who had been kept back 1 or 2 years. Anyway, it was the first time I ever saw real live pubic hair. And it was on a guy. And his name was Neil Diamond. I just can't get that name out of my freaking mind and I have NEVER, EVER owned a Neil Diamond record/CD and as far as I know have never strummed along to any of his music. Dave |
