The Ovations (or Adamii) that everyone would like to acquire in the short term. Not the dream list, but what you would pick up now if you could.
Mine are:
UKII
2005 Collectors

But I'm half way there - I've got an '05 already. This weekend, I'm gonna start workin' on AJ for one of his UKII's.
That would pretty much do me for the guitar collection.
For now.... |

2) The Tak 50th when they make it (this is more long term);
3) A Hamer neon sign; and
4) A Trace Velocette 2-10" amp just like the one Miles has. |

But by year's end we might could make way for something like a Breadwinner in fixer-upper condition. There are a few stomp boxes on the short list, including a Boss RC-2 or RC-20XL Loop Station, and an Aphex Acoustic Exciter. |

The other is an Elite 6768 which is in the hands of a capable local luthier for a fret redressing, and other assorted minor ailments. ETA is about 1 month.
Since they're not in my clammy little hands at the moment, I consider them short list items. |

There might be a few short range purchases that interfere with that, like a 97 Collector. That's something different from what I have. |

Collings C-10 Sunburst Deep Body
These are the "worst" of the best of my remaining guitars which is a damn scary thought because they are awesome sounding and playing guitars.
Selling the Taylor for the money (only Taylor I have ever played that I thought was worth a shit)
Selling the Martin cause I just never bonded even tho it plays and sounds wonderful
Selling the Collings cause I got an custom built sunburst Collings OM due in less than 2 months. |

Fortunately, since I'm not a traveling musician, I will never have to make such a restrictive decision. |

2. Boss Loop effect, not sure which one yet, the XL probably
3. Personal PA setup. Love to do the Bose, but will probably need to be more frugal. Yamaha Stagepas 500 maybe? Anyone here use one of these?
4. Carvin Nomad (50W tube combo amp) Miles, remember that one at the show?
Longer term:
1. Custom Hamer, either Manaco or Talledega (Thanks for the GAS Brad)
2. Longneck. A 2080 would be nice.
3. Book Elite
4. Something with broccoli |

After her, I'd like a classical twin for Jewel, with a thin neck, but in Autumn burst.
And, if it weren't for things like cars, houses, and property taxes, I might not even need a fairy godmother! ;)
