I think that it means that it is a Slothead, but I cannot tell by this pic.
That ain't a blue velvet lined case, but $1200 is about what I paid for my '98 1681.
That would be a good deal if it is in good shape. |

| Doesn't look like a slothead. Charlie signed up to 599; CWKII from 600 on.
If it is a slothead, hand over the $1200 and hightail it outta there before the seller realizes that they're worth 10X that. But that's a great price for an early I, too. |
