Location: Blue Ridge Mountains | Well, Life happens and we all have to deal with it...so, even though some here may have said "He'll never sell that" (and some have) and even though I have said "I'll never sell that"(and I have), things change.
So, for ONE week, now until next Monday (the 29th) I am offering these guitars for sale here to the members. If they don't find homes before then, it's off to the 'Bay and this offer will end.
For OFC members I am including shipping (CONUS and International) via priority with the sale of each guitar.
1. 1996 Ovation Book Elite 12 string---very rare...some call it the Holy Grail of 12's...it plays and looks great...original case and candy included...mint- Condition (two small bridge end finish cracks...been there since the guitar was new and have not changed...nearly invisible), Optima preamp w/tuner, You know the spec's and details; when I received this guitar and it had never been set up or adjusted: I did the setup/new Daddario EXP 38's/adjusted the action and the neck...Price is: $2295 shipped worldwide...

2. Adamas 1 1687-7 1981 near mint condition: several very small nicks on neck, but not an issue at all and the rest of the guitar is so nice you will never remember them...Dual Knob stereo FET electronics...9158 Hard case...new Dadarrio Strings...Price: $2795 Shipped Worldwide...

3. Adamas 1 1688-7 12 String, 1983, near mint condition, Dual Knob stereo FET electronics, 9158 hard case, Plays like butter and new D'Adddario EXP 38's installed...simply the best!

I cannot entertain any offers of trades and my prices are firm...most of you know what these are...However, if someone wants to buy both Adamas 1's as a set, the price would be $5595 shipped worldwide for both guitars purchased and shipped together as a set.
Thanks for looking and Happy Holidays! |

Thanks for the best wishes...I'll fill everyone in soon...

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba CANADA | So glad you decided to keep the twins!!
They are truly a beautiful pair (I've had dreams about them standing there in that field...). Amazing guitars... amazing pictures!!
I'm sure you would have been sorry if you had parted with them... They would have been very hard (and expensive...) to replace, once you started missing them (...and you would have).
For anyone into Ovations (and Adamas' in particular), you have a perfect pair there... Cherish them (and play them often)!!
