Location: Tennessee | Buy this before I change my mind. Fantastic condition. One tiny blemish on the soundboard you've got to get within six inches to see. Sounds great. Comes in a 8158 case that came with the guitar when I bought it ... some damage/cracking on the underside of the headstock area but latches perfectly and protects the guitar. I'll also include a HARD COVER copy of the Walter Carter book, including dust jacket, with the deal. $1400 shipped. I prefer PayPal. Send me a PM if interested. |

Somebody grab this and make 2 dreams come true! |

Location: Tennessee | It's still available. It's a good one so I won't be too disappointed if it doesn't sell, but I need to make some room for some other guitars that are on my radar. I've got some other Ovations that could go, too. |

Isn't yours the "ONE" that was used for the photo shoot? I thought we knew that and they don't get any better or more special than that!
Somebody should have grabbed this true piece of history while it was available. |

Interesting proposition for you, bobbo...pm sent. |

I got a friend of a friend who is looking at your guitar. If he buys it, it will be gigged heavily and probably never been seen or heard from again.
I would prefer to see you keep it or go to one of our members...............
but unless one of them steps up to the plate and makes a serious run.... |

Why would he want a Book Elite (read BLING) just to beat the crap out of gigging? That would be a real shame is this rare guitar didn't stay in the hands of a real ovation fan. |

Location: Tennessee | Now that I'm clear on what I've got, if it's going anywhere it'll be to a true Ovation aficionado who will take care of it and cherish it for what it is. Aside from a pinhead sized top smudge, it's in perfect shape. It gets played regularly by me and is out handing with the rest of the guitars, but it'll need to be in the hands of the right person if it goes anywhere else. |

That said, my "Book" rarely sees the stage. |
