For Sale: 2007 NAMM CUSTOM SHOP ADAMAS

This guitar was featured at winter NAMM 2007 as an example of what the Adamas Custom Shop (remember that?) could do. And what a DOOZIE of an example. Not known at the time, but this very special and one of a kind guitar would basically serve as the prototype to the OFC II guitar that would come 3 years later. Of course this one has some added twists.

- Adamas 2080 woven graphite top, Gloss finished
- Fiberglass hand laid contour bowl, Gloss finished
- LX scalloped bracing
- No body edging, no hatch door
- Epoxy dovetail neck block
- 1 11/16 gloss neck
- Satin chrome Sprezel tuners
- VIP 5 Preamp

Here's a little added feature ...
it comes with the special Carbon Fiber finish hardshell case.

I'm only selling this to make room for something new coming in. I am the original owner and it has never, ever left my house. The guitar (and case) is 100% perfect, mint, new, absolutely not a smudge on it. Of course it plays and sounds like a dream.

Price is $3650. which includes FedEx 2 day delivery in the US

Photos can't describe how stunning this guitar is, and taking photos of something that is basically solid gloss is near impossible. There is more info an photos on my website www.ovationgallery.com

Email or PM me if you have questions.

Nice... they don't get much more special than this one.
Good luck with the sale.
.

Just had a thought... whoever buys this from Dave will receive a Not-So-Uncommon Slipkid Trinket disc. That is if you don't already have one.
.
There... if that doesn't expedite the sale of a $3.6k guitar, nothing will!

Perfect for someone who came a bit late to the OFC2 guitar party.

This is probably the last chance to get anything even remotely like this.

No Kidding!

The only cat's eye that's ever really gotten my attention. Great instrument, but out of my league. Good luck with the sale Dave.

After gazing at that one I'd settle for being wealthier instead of just good looking.
Is that the last Pre-Fender Namm guitar?

I always wanted that guitar. Too late now though ... I have fallen for the wide-neck deuce I got as a substitute. But this is the one that started it all. Someone is getting lucky.

No problem. I've got a 1-3/4 OFC II guitar. We just swap the necks.

I think it's just a little epoxy and dovetail.

Had a couple questions about the carbon fiber finish case. I'll try to post some photos. Yes, I can sell it with the normal case if you want to save a few bucks.

I traded with Moody just so I could get the fiber case (that originally came with OFC1) for the OFC2.

Stunning together and makes the package REALLY special.

Just to help you out, Dave - Karl took some pics of the case. And by the way: The carbon case is the best case I have ever seen. Pure sex!!!
Custom guitars is one thing, but I can imagine what Al went through to get them made. They are absolutely amazing and I love mine. And will never let it go!

Mine was offered for sale a few months ago but the deal fell through.

I've come to realize that the term "it's a keeper" is pretty much like "til death do us part."

Sounds good at the time but things can change.

Every guitar I own, for the right money, could be sold.

All my guitars came to me with great stories and all are sentimental. For some of my guitars, I hope that the right money never comes along, but for others, I wouldn't be too upset if the right money came along.....
