Location: South of most, North of few | OK you all know me, and this one wouldn't stay long. As new as a 1982 guitar can get, this 1681 was sent back to the factory for a refurbish. New old stock neck (period correct item), bowl resprayed, electronics replaced. I gave it to them and told them to make it as new and they didn't disappoint. It's been through a couple other member's hands, but not a lot of play time on it since the refurbish and still in mint condition. Absolutely the best sounding Adamas I've had the pleasure of owning. Anyway, $1350 will get it shipped insured to conn. US members. Slightly higher for overseas. Here's a pic, I can send more if you want via email.

I know, because it has passed through my hands too.
I sold it back to TJ because my playing time has dwindled a lot lately and this guitar deserves to be played daily.
If you don't have an Adamas, or don't have a 1681, this is the one that you have been waiting on.
(I was secretly hoping that TJ would hold on to it, so that I could buy it back when life slows down a little.) :( |

As much as I want a blue Adamas just like this one, I don't have the money to buy it.
If I don't have the money for it, I don't expect for somebody wait around for me. :)
I'll get one eventually.
Besides,I still want the 1718 Jack, the money is sitting in the bank waiting to go into your hot lil' hands. |

How do we know what guitars you have for sale? I've been kind of waining and hoping for your 12 string deep body Adamas.
Yet, I have to admit this blue 6 stringer is gorgeous...absolutely gorgeous.

Location: South of most, North of few | This is probably one of the easiest players you will find. I usually set mine around 2 to 3 33nds at the 12th fret. This one came back from the mothership set to just that at my request, and they did a great job all the way around. |

I think we can work something out. This sounds like my kind of geetar and she sure is a beauty! I was trying to hold out for your 12 stringer but I got weak looking at this gorgeous piece of acoustic art. I'll probably take advantage of your layawy plan (if it's still available) and will send you PM to work out the details!

Location: Louisville, OH 44641 | Hi Willa:
I don't have it yet. I discussed TJ's lay away plan with him. However, it'l looking promising that I will be able to pay it off quickly and get her on her way. I'm going to a week long "Blues Guitar Camp" in West Virginia July 18th thru the 23rd and I'm hoping to have this guitar with me for that. Keep your fingers crossed. |

Location: Louisville, OH 44641 | AWESOME GUITAR. Very easy to play and when you're as bad as me, that's really important! Tone is fabulous and the action is very nice. I always seem to like the guitars that have the frett board that floats above the sound board like this one. This guitar is nice and loud....and beautiful. A keeper to be sure.

What strings do you put on the 1681? They sound wonderful and play like butter. Also, I plugged it in for the first time last night and was blown away. Fabulous, just fabulous. |

Location: Louisville, OH 44641 | ALSO....this is the second 1681 I've owned and I swear the other one was nice but didn't sound as sweet and didn't have the nice low action either. Nor did it have the floating frett board (at least, not as far as I can remember...which is only about 12 minutes lol). |
