1999 Mint MC868 Mandocello and original paperwork.
I scored this 1999 MC868 in 2005. It is an super shallow bowl acoustic electric cutaway mandocello that was custom ordered and never played.
Ovation’s best electronics at the time with balanced line out and electronic tuner. Plays and sounds phenomenal. Mint with all of the paperwork.

I've always been drawn to the Dan Armstrong, although my favorite "Crystal Axe" (name of an old band of mine) was the Bich and Strat clear guitars.

Not in the market, but how does the Froggy Bottom compare to the Tak?

Has it really been six years since the EF75 was first released? Wow. Time flies. A few more years and these'll be vintage. I can't imagine ever letting go of mine.

Jack, it is a Brazilian rosewood vs walnut. OM vs dread. 14 fret vs 12 fret.

The FB is a true finger pickers dream. Possibly the best fingerstyle guitar that I own but as I have mentioned before, dreadnaught size bodies tend to hurt my shoulder so they get played very little if at all. It would retail for close to 9K if you tried to order one today.

I don't want to sound boastful but every acoustic guitar I have left could be described as wonderful and magnificent in the playability and sound department. That is why they ultimately survived the cut of over 100+ guitars I have owned/sold over the last 7+ years.

Either of these could easily be the main horse in my stable but the truth is they spend the majority of their time in the case and therefore qualify for the "to go" pile.

I have about 2-3 acoustics that I would like to let go before I reach my self imposed quota of guitars and then no more will be sold unless something very very special comes along and bumps one from their lofty perch.

If I don't sell any of these it won't be the most terrible thing that has ever happened....later down the road I might consider myself very lucky that no on jumped on them.
