12-String Custom Legend (black with the pearl inlay and carved bridge.)
I had it re-fretted and adjusted at the factory in 2004. This guitar has sounded great on recording sessions and looks good on stage.
It comes with a new, black hardshell Ovation case.
I have another "O" 12 and want to sell this one in order to buy a 6-string.

Hi A.J. Welcome to the club.

It would help if you posted pics and your asking price.

Also, you might want to check the OFC member galleries for 6-string guitars that are for sale. I know that myself and many others have guitars posted that are available.

Do you have more information on your CL 12, like year, preamp, body, etc? Also, how much are you asking?

Hello Andrew,
Thanks for the inquiry. Glad you have a house full of girls, I have one daughter.
They have big hearts.
info:
model #1759 deep bowl yr:1991
op24 3 band EQ
(re-fretted and set up at the factory in 2004) Neck action is perfect. I've rarely played it since the factory visit. (I have several guitars)
Includes all the extra trim, gold, pearl etc.
Also includes a new Ovation case...the original had a lot of wear.
This Custom Legend 12 has a few weather- checked lines, but they don't show in the black finish as badly as they would a natural top. But, they are there.
If you like 12-strings and want one that plays easily and looks good onstage, this guitar does that.
I play onstage for children's shows and in classrooms a lot, so I've chipped the contoured tip of the headstock.
My wife bought this 12-string for me around $1,260 in '91, so it has the quality workmanship and materials that were still being used at the time.
I haven't put it on e-bay or taken pictures yet. But if you're interested I will send photos as soon as I can get ahold of a digital camera. The new case is worth
a couple hundred and the factory set up makes it nice. I'm not quite sure what to ask for it...please make an offer.
Peaceful trails and happy pickin'
A.J.

Sounds interesting - if you can get pics email them to me at edensharvest@msn.com or just post them here, and I'll check it out. I'm looking into one other 12 this weekend, but yours sounds pretty sweet.

Thanks!
