Elites & strings

Posted 2005-09-10 8:22 PM (#334662) Subject: Elites & strings Joined: March 2002 Posts: 15678 Location: SoCal Here are my two Elites, my 1537 and newly adopted 87 Collectors I'm so fortunate to have 2 such great guitars! Also, I put the new Elixir phospher bronze light gauge nanowebs on the 1537. Great strings. I had EXP's on it and it sounded "crashy". Now it's bright but warm. I recommend that those who don't have a problem with coated strings give them a try. They last a long time, and they sound great.
