| Unfortunately, this is not the desirable Glen Campbell Deluxe Balladeer that dates to 1968: shiny deep-bowl, inlaid rosette, large truss rod cover with Glen Campbell signature, with label that reads "Deluxe" with no model number. Most, if not all, of these have an A-XXX or B-XXX serial number.
With a model number 1127-4 and a serial number of F-777, this is a very early artist-bowl model with the textured back that would date to 1969, possibly 1970. Several months ago a 1127-4 from this period in excellent condition went for approximately $300. on eBay, with the added bonus of Glen Campbell's signature written in red on the label. |

Location: Phoenix AZ | The shiny finish was only applied to the outside of the bowl. Insides were always left natural as far as I know. Dave |
