Location: New Hampsha | Went to the Kamanwear site to freshen up the ole wardrobe with some new Ovation labels, and they still have the 40% off coupon. :D
So far so good!
But nothing can be put into the shopping cart, and the "my account" tab doesn't go anywhere. :confused:
Uh-oh. I wonder if the site is doa? :(
I have a call in to the service line; more news as I find out....
Anyone know about it? |

Atleast that was my "Problem" a few months back.
Go to tools and Internet Options. |

Location: Marlton, NJ | Mitz - I just tried it. I'm able to add items to the shopping cart and begin the checkout process. However, you as you say, the My Account link goes to an empty page. |

So outta pure nosiness I just went there to see if it was your browser or something.
I went HERE!
I bought a 'Plug It In' T-shirt and a Black, White & Blue Ovation cap.
(I didn't get the Black, Red, White & Blue cuz I figured that the white trim on the bill would get filthy)
I paid with PayPal, and it worked just fine.
And the 40% discount just about covered the shipping cost.
edit I did not have an account, and it did not ask me to open one.
I just filled-in my shipping address and went to PayPal.
I just went back and clicked the Account button and got nothing.
All the MF, GC, and Sweetwater sites remember me... This one does not.
Maybe they want you to put in fresh info each time now?
OH! And I received all the proper emails telling me that it all worked correctly. |
