I forgot all about throwing a bid on this one!

I clicked the opening bid when I first came across it on eBay.
I just planned on watching it and wanted it right up at the top of my reminder list.
I thought it was a ridiculously low price and that if no one else bid on it, the seller would just pull it.
Dan mentioned it to me on facebook days ago. I told him he should buy it and trade me for the black one he wants. Then I went on my merry way and crawled back into an unrelated challenge.

Lady Noah... I really don't know what Lady Noah's reaction will be.

Well at least this happened during the time of year for forgiveness, love and understanding.

Yeah... right.. that and a buck and a quarter will get you a cup of coffee.

Looks like a great git tho.

No problem, just apologize for being a man, ask what you need to do and remind her that without her you would be living in a Trailer watching reruns of Jeopredy.

(My heartfelt apologies to anyone living in their trailer watching, um, you know...)

Now wait just a minute Woody. Here in South Dakota, the folks who live in trailers don't watch Jeopardy. They have a hard enough time understanding Wheel of Fortune!

Yo, Bruce. I was watching that one. But with my "accidental" purchase over the weekend, I resisted the temptation to click.

You're welcome at my place but only if you bring guitars ... especially that bearclaw beauty ...

P.S. Bring the new guitar and we'll string it up correctly ...

You should have said:
" Honey I told you I had GAS when I was looking at this guitar, but you gave me that look and left the room" It's not my fault that you misunderstood me." ;)

Before she finds out about it, could you leave it to me in your will?

Congrats, Noah and Tony. I've bought a couple guitars accidentally on ebay. I didn't get in as much trouble over those as I did for the ones I bought on purpose.

It's said that "it's easier to ask forgiveness than seek permission". BUT, that really does depend on whom you have to ask!

Nice grab, Noah!

Not to overstate the obvious but did you ever try the arc story and need at least 2 of everything starting with guitar models? ;) :D :p

Phil, 2 of everything... you haven't seen the herd.

We already have a -7(nutmeg) and a -5 of this breed.
Dan's had interest in the black one.

I got down on my knees, and Dan might consider taking the black one after the holidays, to just offset my cost for the -4.
If I would not have forgotten about it, there would have been no problem. It's my screw-up, I'll trade it out to Dan and eat the loss, if it gets me out of the doghouse.

Military policy is for a minimum of triple redundacy if that helps?

If it don't, try this...
