This is a limited edition run and previous releases from this producer have sold out fast and are treasured by those that have them. Act quickly.

You might know of some of the artists on this disc. Most of them are really good ... but I know one for sure is a little sketchy.

All of the songs are performed on Takamine guitars. But I know there is at least one song that has a guest appearance by a couple of Ovation guitars. You'll have to buy the whole CD is try and figure that one out.

So support your sister. She's quite the beauty in her own right. Details here: Ordering Instructions .

So mine showed up in the mail a couple of days ago ... after several listens, all I can say is WOW. Some real talent and great songs on this disc. Not a single stinker in the bunch. Really well produced and very professional sounding. These are all original compositions ... MusicMike, Slipkid, Gallerinski, Cliff, Alpep, and Beal all contributed and absolutely nailed their tunes. The other tunes are equally good and some may be even better (and that's saying something!). Get 'em while you can.

Bobbo is right on: I got mine and I agree: you will like this CD! Thanks Dave and Cliff and to all the contributors: Bobbo and Jeff W also included in Bobbo's list...These make neat Christmas/New Years gifts...

Somebody commented that my singing "didn't sound like me". I assume that is a compliment.

I noticed that it leaned more towards a country flavor than the OFC CD's tend to.

Excellent listen and enjoyable.

Another outstanding job by Dave with artwork by Cliff.

I was thinking something similar, but the word that came to mind was Americana. Except for Der Regen, which might just be the best damn track on the disc. Which despite being in German, did have a country/Americana feel to it. ;)

There is no "theme" per se. I'm just a pawn to whatever people send me. Maybe the typical Takamine player leans a little more towards country? I dunno.

I agree with Bobbo, I thought Der Regen was a great song.

Well I finally got my song finished (and it does have a country flavor).

Is it too late to submit!

I guess the leading question would now be......when are you gonna be up for doing the next OFC CD?

Actually the OFC2 is the main rhythm guitar....nice beefy and clear.

Hate to throw it to the wolves.....then it is no surprise when the next OFC CD comes out and everybody has heard it.

Actually I think I might rework it a bit.
Remember when I asked if you could do some lap steel slide work for me?
Maybe I will send it your way for a bit of Bobbo magic!

Thanks for the honor, but I've got a real limited supply of pixie dust. You really ought to send it to the Master, Templeman. Get him to track it down for you at Moodyville next month.

Glad to hear you've got that OFC in the mix. I did rhythm guitar with it on a track recently and it was really nice.
