My son Justin, who has been touring with the "Walking with Dinosaurs" experience will be on Good Morning America tomorrow morning (Tuesday - April 22).

Not sure of the exact time but he indicated that he will initially be shown wearing either the baby T-Rex or Raptor suit chasing people in the outside crowd and then he will be interviewed about the show.

If you haven't seen the show, it is a pretty amazing extravaganza and shouldn't be missed (adults and children!)

Anyway....as a proud father I just wanted to share the info that he would be on the boob tube tomorrow morning.

I will be watching/taping it and I hope some of you will be able to catch it also.

Cool Stephen! I'll set the DVR so we don't miss it.
Me and the missus are trying to keep our kids off of the news. :D

Since the two of you have met me and my wife, it will be pretty obvious where he gets his good looks!

Last time I saw him he had a beard so I wonder if he will shave it for the interview.

LOL... So I was picturing this 8-year-old-or-so in a dino suit is going to be on the tele, and then I read... "Last time I saw him he had a beard so I wonder if he will shave it for the interview." LOL!!!! Almost spit out my coffee..

He will be 26 in July.

This is high tech stuff with the suits weighing over 100 pounds and based on the actual size and perceived appearance of the dinosaurs.

Definitely not Barney or Dino!

Does your wife look more like a Raptor or a T-Rex?

It's a proud day when your kid gets a job. Pretty much any job counts, except maybe drug dealer or drummer.

Congratulations, Stephen, that's pretty cool!
Certainly every parent dreams of the day they can point proudly at the TV and say, "That's him! That's my son, the... giant carnivorous reptile."

The amazing thing is not that he has a job but the incredible amount of money they are paying him to perform for 8 minutes out of every 90 minute show!

Thanks guys.

I think those that are not familiar with the "Dinosaurs" tour will be shocked by the realism.

Think Raptors from Jurassic Park in front of your face!

Well, he got a lot a screen time throughout the show (in little 30 sec to 1 minute segments) with a little featurette about the tour around the end of the 1st hour mark.

He was bummed because his interview got cut. Oh well, Diane Sawyer was smooching with him when they were outside in the crowd.

He did a great job Stephen. Saw it this morning, and the wife recorded it on the dvr for my boy to see. Do they tour with this stuff, and if so, do you have a schedule?

They jump all over the place. Whoever schedules their shows doesn't know what a straight line is so if they are nearby today it means in a month or so they might be next door.

stephent28,

Congrats to your son!

I went to the site for tour dates and was disappointed that there are no shows down here for '08. My Grandbabies would love it. I guess we have enough dinosaurs as it is! Yeah, I may be one but at least I'm indigenous!

As far as I know they have not been down to Florida yet so check every couple months for updates.

I know he is under contract until March '09 so they will be touring for almost another full year.
