| Hello folks:
Could anyone post some sound clips of him/her playing a 1680 or a UTE?
I own a 1681 and am curious as to how these two other Ovations compare.

Location: Bluffton, SC | That would be an interesting comparison side by side but recorded vs live might be a tough gauge. Are you close to anyone who has either of them? You might be able to work out a little time to do live to live side by sides and then you'd have a real comparison to lean on. |

Location: Phoenix AZ | Listening to sound clips on the internet would be like looking online at samples of new carpet for your home. Yeah you might get an idea of color and shade. But pile, texture, softness, etc. could never be judged.
Porsche posts clips of the exhaust system sound of their different car models online. If I'm going to buy a porsche it better not sound like some freaking computer speaker !!! |
