Selling my collection of vintage Ovation acoustic/electric guitars. All play as they should and are in very good to mint condition.
1981 - Glen Campbell 12 string - Very Good condition - $675 or b.o. - wonderful player, low action and great sound. Typical finish cracks but nothing structural.
1981 - Model model 1617 6 string - acoustic with professionally installed Dean Markey sound hole pickup - fantastic sounding guitar. Typical finish cracks but nothing structural. Very good condition. $350 or best offer
1985 - Collectors edition 6 string (sorry on COA) - Mint - $750 or best offer.

I think the guitar was originally acoustic only. The Dean Markey sound hole pickup appears to be a professional install as the jack installation looks similar to the other guitars listed.

I think the guitar was originally acoustic only.
That is an Ovation Acoustic/Electric saddle, so it originally had electronics.
If it was acoustic only it would be an 1117 and have a different saddle.
It looks professional cuz they used the original output jack, or at least the original hole.
1617 acoustic/electric ........ 1117 acoustic only
