Hi all,
So I have a 1985 Legend 1867 that really is a wonderful guitar. This has a basic control panel with just a four band equalizer (sorry I don't know the names of the different preamps). It has a volume knob which (to me, anyway) is REALLY nice to have.
I also have a blue Millenium which has a much more sophisticated control setup - Optima I think? Why is there no volume control? Even the earliest Ovations had volume and tone knobs, right?
As I'm writing this I'm quite nervous that someone is going to tell me there is a volume control on the Millenium . If there is I can't find it!!

Thanks,
Bob

The only Ovations I've ever seen without volume are the acoustic-only models. Are you sure there's not something marked "gain"?
