| Greetings!
Thought i'd check this forum out since i've heard so much about it.
I've been an Ovation fan for awhile now, they are kickin'!
Anyway.. i acquired this Ovation bowl from a friend, and i've always really wanted an 8 string acoustic guitar.. so i was thinking of making a neck and a top and using the bowl to attempt to make what i want XD
Anyone offer up some words of wisdom?
Also.. i wanna post here in the forums more often.. go mods go! :D

Location: Sydney, Australia | Sounds like a long neck would be the go for that, otherwise the two bass strings will be flapping around like a wounded duck! |

| Agreed! My current 8 string has a 28'' scale length, most have 27'', 30 is also not unheard of XD
But they are so much fun, so much more to do and so much more to explore!
I also have the Ovation d-scale elite tx which has a 28'' i think.. that guitar is marvelous. |
