OFC, in the interest of full disclosure, yours truly wrote the liner notes for this record (at her request and with no strings attached). She reminded me that there is an historical basis for me being a "popcritic".
This is the only version that has my liner notes (as far as I know).
The album is also available at iTunes.
Let me know what you think about the live track "ZamZam Well" (track 2). This was one of the earliest (2003) live recordings made with her factory replacement Adamas II 1581-8. She was straight into the board through a Baggs DI with no effects. It's my favorite track on the record and one of the oldest.
I hope you're still enjoying your KK signature Adamas.

I asked Kaki on her Facebook about a physical CD and the answer is maybe if there is enough interest...
But, there are some lossless formats available on the bandcamp download page. The MP3 is a variable rate, or you can select the 320 MP3. Those should all be excellent quality unless you're listening with audiophile equipment. I don't think I could hear the difference between wave and the variable rate MP3.
It is not clear to me on the downloads if the album art and liner notes are including in other than the MP3 formats.
