Location: Japan | I have a buzzing coming from my Adamas and as near as I can tell it stops if I push down on the saddle.
Has anyone any advice to help me out before tomorrow night that I can do myself?
I'm still in Japan and this guitar stays here all year when I go back to Alaska. |

Location: big island | my 1581 had a buzz coming from the same area. i found that it was the treble side post at the end of the saddle, vibrating in its hole. i lifted it up and placed a small piece of electrical tape around the post causing it to fit more snug. no more buzz. |

This sounds like what I'm having right now, all the way down to which side it appears to be coming from, except that this particular guitar has the thinline pickup with no posts.
I'm tempted to try wedging some paper in between the saddle and bridge to see if it makes any difference. |

Good point; I had an ME12 that had the bridge come off of it and we took it to a local repair guy only to have it peel off again half a year later.
The second time around it pulled up carbon fibers with it too and now looks really horrible, although it still sounds/plays great... |

Location: Japan | Well it was buzzing today on and off while I was practicing, but I never noticed it tonight on the gig.
Maybe I'll bring it back to Alaska with me and swap it with another one I have, then I can send it in for an exam, or sell it as is... |

Location: Japan | Jim, thanks.
I'll try that tomorrow or the next day when I get back to where my guitar is.
That'd be great if it's an easy fix and I guess it actually wouldn't surprise me, since it just started recently. |
