Rosette is partially un-glued

The rosette is partially unglued. Does anyone have any idea what type of glue I can use to re-attach and not do any damage? Okay, Crazy Glue. If it is "partially unglued" it should only take a small drop or two. Be sure to be very careful... be sure to put the glue where it cannot be seen. And don't spill any. Good Luck. I just ordered some on Amazon. Not in the least bit messy and easy to work with. Great suggestion
