Hi All! I have just joined this site as I am trying to source the parts to restore an Ovation Breadwinner that I recently acquired and I am hoping that someone, somewhere can point me in the right direction. The guitar I have as an E+4 digit serial number so falls into the January 1973-Feb '75 production time period according to the Ovation website. It has had the electronics removed at some stage and the bridge pickup replaced, but the neck pickup appears to be an original mini humbucker so I am guessing it was a later model? On a first appraisal I therefore think that I am going to need the FET pre-amp assembly and battery connectors which I have drawn a blank on so far as well as a replacement pickup. Does anyone know where I could get hold of these or even a non-working pre-amp assembly for repair? I am based in the UK but hoping someone out there can help! Many thanks Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,

I've updated your status so you can go ask in the main sections wee more people can respond. That's a big shopping list, good luck and welcome to the club.
