I only had her for a matter of weeks until I traded up to the UKII, but technically, my first.

Paid for with paper route money and unloading trucks for the music store.

Damon, you were good with a camera even as a teen. Very impressive.

How about an exact opposite? My first Ovation (MFO) was about 30 years when some guy sold  me a beat up Applause for about $30.00. I didn't know anything about guitars, and I never learned to play it (FYI: I only have been playing guitar for 8 years). I eventually traded it for a Windows 95 computer - lol).

Oh yeah - someone later told the guitar had a broken truss rod.
