| Greetings all and thank you for adding me. I have a 2005 1778T and while recording yesterday the OP30 preamp crapped out. The middle tuner light just flashes green when I touch the tuner button and I have no sound. Has anyone encountered this? |

| The battery was the first thing I checked. After getting quite frustrated at not being able to work on my recording, I emailed Ovation customer service. When they replied, and asked for a picture of the pickup I sent it. To make a long story short, he asked for my address and 2 days later I got a replacement pickup in the mail. Free of charge. Everything is good. I have a new found deep respect for Ovation and their customer service. |
