I don't live in Germany, but I might check out G. Heinl Violins in Toronto, if that's the case. When I lived in Toronto, back in the 1970's, they were, and still are violin-makers/luthiers/suppliers to the TSO, but they carried a bit of everything, even C&W stuff! Thanks for the new information.

Location: Canada | I also wrote to Strings & Beyond, and this is their answer:
"Thanks for your email. From what we understand, Adamas is undergoing some pretty substantial manufacturing difficulties. We haven't been able to get strings from them for about a year now. We're keeping them on our radar in case they resume operations soon, but for now we are not able to get a hold of any strings from them."

I haven't posted anything here for a while, because my old laptop crashed, and burned, and went to the recycling centre. I finally got another one. Just before the ghost left the machine, I contacted John Budny at The MotherShip. He graciously informed me that the new Adamas 2016 re-issue strings will finally be made available in Canada, through B&J Music Wholesale Distributors in Montreal, QC,. CANADA, give or take about 6 months from now. The managers at 2 of my local music retail stores, icluding Steve's Music, both backed up John's information, so I can hardly wait to try these the new ADAMAS strings out when the time comes.
