Location: Frozen Tundra of Minnesota | I just got in my new Non-Cutaway Adamas II 1681 BG Deep Bowl. It is like Brand New, and I Love the Feel of her in my hands! And she sure looks purty next to my Adamas II 1881-BG Shallow Bowl Cutaway! I had to share a picture (they are a true Teal in real life - Blue/Green, they look more blue in the pictures)

Just kidding.
Wonderful guitars.
I´ve just caught an old red Adamas 1687 from the late 70s, just like the one on jerome´s site. Now I`m the second one to look for a red 1688... |

Interesting the love that is being shown now. I remember when everyone was saying that the color was butt ugly. I always thought it was a cool color but not necessarily one of my favs. |

Location: Germany, where delicious wine is growing (Rheinh) | Congrats Nancy! I own a 1881 in black, which is my ever favourite git of my collection. Best playability and a Hugh Sound for a ssb. Congrats for the Color too, they are absolutely rare. Never saw a 1685 or 1688 in this Color. Only a 1885 on the Japanease market....

The Adamas II is great sounding, not an Adamas I, but still the Adamas Sound!
And the Teal (Bleen) is GORGEOUS!!! Sparkly and Deep Color!!
This one will be my upstairs guitar for the Winter. It is dry upstairs, I have the main humidifier on, but I can't control it like I can with the Nan-Cave. So the Red Flame went downstairs, and the Bleen is now sitting by the couch within arm's reach!!!
My African Grey Parrot has decided she Loves guitar music, and is learning the songs as I play them, and snaps her fingers (clicks her beak), or whistles along with the music! |

Wow, parrots are such neat animals. If I didn't have a cat I probably would host a bird(s). And the cat is picky, he's ok with the uke and 6-string but tends to move away when I pick up the 12-string. Or maybe he's just offended by my lack of talent and skill. |
