| Hi, does anyone know if the Ovation contact form on their website is not functional? I've sent a couple questions to them in regards to wanting to verify the model of guitar with a specific serial number and also asked if the newest Melissa Etheridge 6 string would be offered as a 12 string like the one she plays.
I've been checking my junk mail too and I've received no response to either email.
