Location: USA | I just wanted to give a shout out to John Bundy at Ovation for his quick response and fix to one of My guitars in The Ovation family. John hit the nail on what was wrong and what I though would be a hassle turned out to be nothing at all. Thank you once again~ |

Location: When?? | In total agreement with Nancy.. John IS the man! He kindly takes care of everything I've needed and not screwed around with getting it done. Try that with the ol' Fender company sometime and see what you get. No, wait.. on second thought, don't. |
