'73 - '74 Breadwinner, original black with black guard, original chipboard case, looks almost new. Currently set-up with a replacement pickguard with hand-wound by Kent Armstrong underwound humbuckers and all high-end pots, etc. (over $400 invested there), but have the original guard with all of the original wiring intact so you can put it back to all-original if you desire. Frets have been professionally milled and the set-up is excellent (currently strung with 46 - 10s). There is a little nick on the top of the headpiece that isn't visible from the front, but you can notice it from the back; the truss rod cover has a thumbnail chip at the bottom between the two screws - not evident with the black-on-black theme, but it's there; there is an area right next to the four-bolt neck where someone gently put appears to put some kind of number - it has been buffed out and is not apparent, but you can see it in the right light; there is a slight shave at the end of the fingerboard when the new (current) guard went on - again, not evident without seeking it out. This is a very nice example and it sounds grand, but I've a Deacon with the same set-up and I don't need two. Thought I'd offer it to the Fan Club before seeking other outlets. $775 plus shipping (from the San Francisco Bay area). Happy to take photos for serious enquiries.
